Within the scope of the contract signed with METKA & Power Projects, RWE-Turcas, Denizli 775 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant project;

  • 2 pieces 285 MW Siemens SGT5-4000F Gas Turbine Generator, Auxiliary Systems, Air Intake mechanical installation,
  • Mechanical installation of 1 263 MW Siemens SST5-5000 Steam Turbine Generator Generator Systems was completed under the supervision of Siemens and Metka & Power Projects. Also

  • Plant water treatment facility, wastewater treatment plant, condensate polishing plant, oil separators, sanitary system and indoor crane installation,
  • One 150 ton 25 ton and 12.5 ton roof crane for the power plant; 2 × 25 tonne roof crane for steam turbine; For the warehouse building, all electro-mechanical turn-key installation of one 5-tonne crane crane has been completed and the static and dynamic tests have been completed with the TÜV Inspector.

Our completed BOP works;

  • Gas distribution line: Piping works between Nitrogen manifold and storage system and Boiler 1 – Boiler 2 and condansate tank,
  • Sampling system: Installation of tubing stainless pipes between HP / IP / LP drums and reheat steam lines and sampling unit. ,
  • Dosing system: Dosing system installation between the chemical dosing unit and HP / IP and LP drums and condansate polishing system,
  • Control fluid system: Installation of hydraulic oil lines between hydraulic supply unit and steam turbine governor valves,
  • Waste water treatment system: Waste water treatment building pump, filter installation and piping

COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES AT 775 MW RWE-TURCAS DENIZLI CCPP POWER PLANT: (Conducted with Metka SA)

  • Cold and hot commissioning of the SIEMENS SGT5-4000F gas turbines, SST55000 bunch turbines, generators and all auxiliary systems we have installled, is carried out by the employer METKA S.A. The commissioning team and the SIEMENS commissioning team.
  • Waste water pool, temporary chemical treatment unit, temporary water reservoir and their connection to various temporary plastic circuits for the construction and commissioning work as a result of the dismantling (Plastic pipelines have been carried out our company certified plastic welders and plastic welding machines.) (Electrofusion welding machines , butt welding machines
  • Flushing of boilers and supply circuits
    • Disassembly of all actuators on the piping system and construction of temporary blinds
    • Disassembly the valves of the check valves and swing check valves in the lines
    • Steam from steam boiler and cleaning of boiler modules and circuits with hydrochloric acid (Stage 1)
    • Application of ammonia (2nd stage)
    • Disposal of hydrochloric acid and ammonia wastes with feed water (3rd stage) Reassembly of previously disassembled actuators and check valve flaps
