EPP (Ekon, Prokon engineering, Prokon manufacturing) joint venture realized by Ambarlı Fuel-Oil Station 4th and 5. Our assembly works completed as a turnkey project within the scope of conversion and renewal of units to dual fuel combined cycle plant;

• Mechanical, electrical and I&C installation of 2 285 MW Siemens SGT5-4000F type gas turbines and generators have been completed.
• Air intake, installation of all turbine auxiliary systems and pad insulation of gas turbines were completed under the supervision of Siemens and EPP.
• Two Siemens SGen5-100A-2p type 187.5 MVA steam turbine generators were assembled under Siemens supervision.

Also;

• Mechanical and electrical installation of 2 units of 33.000 m3 / hour capacity Hyosung brand sea water cooling pumps,
• 4 pieces 324 m3 / h capacity Hyosung brand high pressure turbine boiler feed water pumps mechanical and electrical installation,
• Mechanical and electrical installation of 4 units of 90 m3 / h capacity Hyosung brand medium pressure turbine boiler feed water pumps were completed under the supervision of Hyosung and EPP.
• Spray insulation works of 2 Escher Wyss steam turbines and valves were completed under the supervision of G + H.
• We have completed 11.000 heat exchanger pipes in the condenser, cleaning the casing with pressurized water, coating the seawater rooms with epoxy, coating the outer casing with epoxy, and renewing the condenser fixator springs.
• Since the completion of our assembly works, we offer commissioning service to the power plant with our commissioning team.
