At the Yalova Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayi AŞ facilities, 100 MW AEG brand steam turbine minor maintenance works were completed under the supervision of Aksa Yalova and Siemens. The scope of maintenance is as follows:

• HP-IP-LP control valves actuators and valve bodies dismantling maintenance and installation, replacement of control shafts
• Oil leakage tests and disassembly of axial and radial bearings, replacement of oil sealing labyrinths
• Measurement of bearing cavities and then filling the bearings to desired dimensions
• Kissing tests of bearings and carrier pedestals
