Total installed power 478 MW Trakya electricity generation A. Ş Power Plant 182 MW Siemens steam turbine and 2 Siemens gas turbine major maintenance work started with our team of 130 people in the supervision of Trakya Elektrik and Siemens.
The maintenance scope is as follows:
- GT1-GT2 combustion chambers dismantation and maintenance, installation
- Dismantation and maintenance of GT1-GT2 burners with a new replacement and installation
- Combustion Chambers Ceramic dismantation and replacement of the necessary ones
- GT1-GT2 Rotor dismant,
- Dismantles of Rotor moving blades, installation of maintenance
- Compressor vane carrier (CVC), turbine vane carrier dismantings, cleaning and installation
- Dismantling, maintenance and installation of the IGV Blades
- Maintenance and installation of fixed blades and labyrinths
- ST LP Rotor Disassembly
- ST HP Rotor Disassembly
- ST-GT1-GT2-Generators oil sealing glend Disassembly, labyrinth measurements, maintenance
- Generator opening of manhole covers and eye stator inspection
- GT1-GT2 insulation and stone wool dismantation and erection
- ST valve Isolation disassembly and spray isolation dismantulation and installation
As part of the framework contract with Siemens Turkey, our maintenance support services for all Siemens turbines and equipment in Turkey are ongoing.
