Siemens N6 5.3 MW counter pressure steam turbine and generator maintenance was completed under the supervision of Siemens within the scope of steam turbine revision in Eti-Maden Boron and Acid Factories Plant.
The scope is as follows:
- Turbine enclosure disassembly
- Dismantling and numbering of turbine cushion insulation
- Dismantling and maintenance of turbine upper / lower case
- Dismantling and maintenance of turbine valve
- Dismantling of the turbine main lubrication pump group
- Disassembly of fixed blades of turbine interior
- Turbine rotor disassembly
- Dismantling of all turbine bearings and dismantling and maintenance of front pedestal
- Sandblasting of turbine rotor, fixed blades, upper / lower casings and studs with glass ball
- Correction of flange surface of turbine main steam outlet pipe by mobile lathe
- Gearbox, big gear and pinion gear disassembly and assembly, replacement of big gear and pinion gear
- Leveling operations in gear box carrier chassis
- Generator housing and warning disassembly and maintenance
- Generator lubeoil line disassembly
- Disassembly and replacement of generator bearings and pedestals
- Disassembly of generator stator and rotor
