supervision of Siemens within the scope of steam turbine revision in Eti-Maden Boron and Acid Factories Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Turbine enclosure disassembly<\/li><li>Dismantling and numbering of turbine cushion insulation<\/li><li>Dismantling and maintenance of turbine upper \/ lower case<\/li><li>Dismantling and maintenance of turbine valve<\/li><li>Dismantling of the turbine main lubrication pump group<\/li><li>Disassembly of fixed blades of turbine interior<\/li><li>Turbine rotor disassembly<\/li><li>Dismantling of all turbine bearings and dismantling and maintenance of front pedestal<\/li><li>Sandblasting of turbine rotor, fixed blades, upper \/ lower casings and studs with glass ball<\/li><li>Correction of flange surface of turbine main steam outlet pipe by mobile lathe<\/li><li>Gearbox, big gear and pinion gear disassembly and assembly, replacement of big gear and pinion gear<\/li><li>Leveling operations in gear box carrier chassis<\/li><li>Generator housing and warning disassembly and maintenance<\/li><li>Generator lubeoil line disassembly<\/li><li>Disassembly and replacement of generator bearings and pedestals<\/li><li>Disassembly of generator stator and rotor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
