Uni-mar Enerji Santrali Major Bakım Çalışmaları

Unimar Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş., with a total installed capacity of 480 MW the major maintenance works of the GT13E2 ALSTOM gas turbine and 1 Alstom steam turbine at the Power Plant / Marmara Ereğlisi were completed under the supervision of Unimar and Alstom with our team of 277 people.

The scope of maintainance is as follows:

• GT2 combustion chamber disassembly and maintenance, installation
• Replacement and disassembly of GT2 burners with new ones
• Combustion chambers ceramic disassembly and replacement of required ones
• GT2 rotor disassembly
• Turbine side replacement of the required steps
• The side of the compressor is replaced by the required steps.
• Renewal of the GT2 Exhaust Diffuse
• Compressor vane carrier (CVC), turbine vane carrier (TVC) disassembly, cleaning and assembly
• Disassembly, maintenance and installation of IGV blades
• Disassembly and installation of fixed blades and labyrinths
• ST LP Rotor disassembly
• ST HP / IP Rotor disassembly
• Steam turbine HP / LP rotors blasting
• ST-GT2-Generator oil seal gland disassembly, labyrinth measurement, maintenance
• Opening of manhole covers of generators and stator inspection with videoscope
• GT2 insulation sheet and stone wool disassembly and assembly
• Scaffolding works
• BOP works (maintenance of various pumps and valves).
