Enka Adapazarı Gebze Santralleri 21 Adapazarı Ünitesi 100.000 saat major bakım çalışmaları Enka Power, Alstom Power ve General Electric süpervizörlüğünde 260 kişilik ekibimiz ile tamamlanmıştır. Üniteler sorunsuz bir şekilde devreye alınmıştır.

Alstom 280 MW Buhar Türbini C Bakım faaliyetleri kapsamında Enka ve Alstom süpervizörlüğünde aşağıdaki faaliyetler gerçekleştirilmiştir:

• HP-IP-LP Rotor demontajları, montajları
• HP Rotor kumlama çalışmaları, NDT çalışmaları ve Seal strip sökümü ve yenilerinin montajı
• IP Rotor kumlama çalışmaları ve NDT çalışmaları
• IP Rotor kanat demontajı ve yenisi ile değiştirilmesi
• LP Rotor kumlama ve NDT çalışmaları
• LP Rotor kanat demontajı ve montajı
• HP inner Block-IP Blade carrier casing’lerinin kumlama çalışmaları deformation measurement testlerinin yapılması
• IP Blade Carrier labirent demontajı ve yenisi ile değiştirilmesi
• HP-IP outer casing’lerinin contact surface test’lerinin yapılması ve gerekli yerlere tesfiye çalışmalarının yapılması
• Buhar Türbini Püskürtme izolasyonunun kırılması ve Turning Gear öncesi yeniden püskürtme izolasyonun yapılması
• Stop-Control Valves ve actuator’larının demontajı , bakımı ve montajı
• Oil Cooler pompa ve filtrelerinin demontajı bakımı ve montajı
• Oil cooler plate’lerinin demontajı , temizlenmesi ve montajı
• Oil Flushing çalışmasının gerçekleştirilmesi ve Oil tank drain çalışması ve temizliği
• Generator Rotor demontajı , bakımı ve montajı. Rotor yağ seal strips machining işlemleri ve yenilerinin montajı
• Generator Cooler demontajı ve montajı
• Generator copper flexibles demontajı ve montajı
• Generator exciter demontajı ve montajı
• Generator yatak pedestalleri demontajı ve montajı

ENKA Adapazarı 21 ünitesinde ENKA personelleri süpervisorlüğünde aşağıdaki faaliyetler gerçekleştirilmiştir:

• HRSG 11-12 ‘de Bop vana-pompa bakım çalışmaları
• HRSG11-12 Kazan yıkama çalışmaları
• Gerekli görülen kazan serpantinli borularının kesilip yerine yenilerinin kaynak yapılması

Mersin Toros Gübre Fabrikası’nda 7,4 MW büyüklüğünde buhar türbini major bakım çalışmaları Siemens süpervizörlüğünde tamamlanmıştır.

Bakım kapsamı aşağıdaki gibidir:

• Dişli kutusu ayarı,
• Türbin hizalama ve kaplin ayarı,
• Reglaj valflerinin bakımı,
• Genarator yataklarının bakımı,
• Türbin yataklarının bakımı,
• Yağ pompasının bakımı,
• Generator rotorunun demontajı ve temizlenmesi,
• Elektrik panellerinin degişimi,
• Türbin gövde üzerinde gerekli yerlere kaynak ve tesviye işleri,
• Türbinin montajı ve devreye alınmaya hazır hale getirilmesi.

Siemens Türkiye ile yapılan çerçeve sözleşme kapsamında, Türkiye genelindeki tüm Siemens türbin ve ekipmanlarına ait bakım destek hizmetlerimiz devam etmektedir.

In the 660MW Siemens steam turbines of the İsken-Sugözü Power Plant, LP1- LP2 major, HP and generator minor maintenance work has been successfully completed under the supervision of Siemens.
Works carried out within the scope of maintenance:

• LP1-LP2 sand blasting operations
  • Sandblasting of LP1-LP2 rotors
  • Sandblasts LP1-LP2 blade carrier case

In the scope of the agreement signed with Siemens Turkey, our maintainance support services to all equipments and turbines of overall Turkey continue.

In Enka Adapazarı Gebze Power Plants ,31 Adapazarı Unit 100.000 hours major maintenance works have been completed with a team of 280 people under the supervision of Enka Power, Alstom Power and General Electric The units have been commissioned without any problems

It is structured as follows:

• In the 31X steam turbine unit,
  • Disassembly of HP, IP and LP turbines,
  • Generator disassembly and maintenance,
  • Disassembly of HP and IP turbine valves and actuators, maintenance in mechanical workshop,
  • Installation and disassembly of LP turbine blades,,
  • Installation of HP and IP turbine blade maintenance work and sealing rings,
  • HP and IP stage spray isolation works,
  • HP inner casing body modification and steam inlet clean cut process,
  • Removing and replacing the IP rotor seal strips,
  • Disassembly of blade rows required for IP rotor and turning of blade slots according to new blade design and assembly of new blades,
  • NDT studies and reporting after rotor body turning,
  • Main lubrication pump maintenance,
  • Main lubrication unit exchangers, filters and pumps maintenance,
  • Maintenance and installation of oil cooler pumps and filters
  • Disassembly, cleaning and installation of oil cooler plates
  • Oil Flushing operation and oil tank drain operation and cleaning
  • Cleaning of condensor with pressure water
  • Disassembly and maintenance works of BOP unit and boiler pumps,
  • Manufacturing of suitable apparatus in case of need in mechanical workshop,
  • In the 31A Unit, the main maintenance performed by General Electric is provided with gas turbine element support.
• The 31B Unit is equipped with the gas turbine element support from the major maintenance performed by General Electric.
