In the 660MW Siemens steam turbines of the İsken-Sugözü Power Plant, LP1- LP2 major, HP and generator minor maintenance work has been successfully completed under the supervision of Siemens.
Works carried out within the scope of maintenance:

• LP1-LP2 rotor disassemblies, installation
• LP1-LP2 sand blasting operations
  • Sandblasting of LP1-LP2 rotors
  • Sandblasts LP1-LP2 blade carrier case
• LP1-LP2 NDT works
• LP1 blade carrier ring replacement
• Change of LP2 blade carrier ring
• LP1-LP2 outer casing maintenance
• General turbine parts and connection equipment cleaning and maintenance operations
• Turbine bump check tests
• Generator boroscope observation study
• Disassembly and replacement of generator bushing
