Maintainance of Siemens N6 5 3 MW back-pressure steam turbine and generator in the scope of steam turbine revision in Edi- Maden Bor ve Asit Fabrikaları İşletmesi has been comptede under Siemens supervisorship.

The scopes are as follow:

• Disassembly of turbine enclosure
• Disassembly of Turbine damper isolation and numbering
• Disassembly of turbine lower/ upper casing and maintainance
• Disassembly of turbine valves and maintainance
• Disassembly of turbine main lubrication pump group
• Disassembly of turbine inner side fixed blade
• Disassembly of turbine rotor
• Disassembly of turbine all damper, disassembly and maintainance of front pedestal
• Sanding turbine rotor, fixed blade, lower/upper casing and pin with glass ball
• Fixing flange surface of turbine main steam outlet pipe with lathe
• Disassembly and installation of gear box, pinson gear and replacing the big gear and pinyon gear with the new one
• Smooting the gear box carrier chassis
• Preventation of Generator , disassembly and maintainance of warning
• Disassembly of Generator lubeoil line
• Disassembly of generator damper and pedestals , replacing the damper with the new one
• Disassembly of generator stor and rotor
