About us

PROTERM Energy was founded by Turkey Electricity Authority between the years 1981-2002 and later formed by dividing the organization’s separate company TEAS and EGC companies at various levels in thermal and after serving in the natural gas power plants leaving the agency in 2002, Onur YÜCEL.

Our company, Enka Power, Siemens, Alstom Power, Baymina Energy, General Electric, Mitsubishi MHI, Hyosung Goodsprings Inc. the company offers turnkey installation works and electromechanical maintenance services in Turkey and the world’s different countries.

Since 2002, our company has been working as the maintenance company of ENKA Adapazarı-Gebze and İzmir Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plants with a total installed capacity of 3850 MW and BAYMİNA Ankara Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant with a power of 775 MW.

Proterm Energy completed 570 MW Libya Zwitina Power Plant in 2009, Ambarlı Fuel-Oil Power Plant Rehabilitation Project of 570 MW 4 and 5 Units in 2011, completed the Denizli 775 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in 2012 and commissioned in 2012 850 MW Gebze New Elektrik Üretim AŞ Power Plant Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant electro-mechanical turnkey installations and 126 MW Lukoil Power Plant, which was started to be installed in West Qurna 2 Basra region in Iraq in 2013, has undertaken the erection of turbine groups and auxiliary systems with a total installed capacity of 2,891 MW.
