At 930MWe Bandırma Enerjisa I CCPP, Mitsubishi M701F Gas Turbine major maintenance and steam turbine minor maintenance have been successfully completed under the supervision of Enerjisa and Mitsubishi. 

The scope of the work;

  • GT noise enclosure and disassembly / assembly of instruments, 
  • GT disassembly / assembly, 
  • Hot gas path maintenance, 
  •  Visual inspection and maintenance of combustion chambers, (burner) change of ceramics and nozzles, 
  • Maintenance of gas turbine compressor stage,

  • Replacement of fixed-moving blades, 
  •  Maintenance of oil tanks, oil pumps and oil heat exchangers, oil changes 
  • Dismantling / mounting of generator rotor, dismantling, maintenance and pressure tests of coolers, 
  • Check and maintenance of generator bearings,
  • Generator warning system disassembly / maintenance, 
  • Control, replacement and maintenance of generator stator windings, 
  • Maintenance of generator auxiliary systems,
