AKSA Akrilik Kimya Kömür Yakıtlı Enerji Santrali Bakım İşleri

Two steam turbines, pumps, fan maintenance, impeller cleaning, NDT controls, coupling settings, vibration measurements and instrument calibrations of the power plant in Yalova Aksa Acrylic Plants have been completed successfully with the supervision of Aksa Acrylic. 

Scope of maintenance

• PA, FD, SA, ID and instrument cooling fan bearing maintenance, bearing changes, measurement controls, impeller cleaning, NDT, vibration measurements, coupling settings and commissioning,
• KSB feedwater pumps, Andritz circulation pumps, Quencher hydrocyclone pumps disassembly, maintenance and assembly, vibration controls, coupling settings and commissioning, 
•  Instrument calibration works, 
• 75 MW AEG steam turbine valves and bearing maintenance works, 
• 25 MW SKODA steam tube valve and bearing maintenance Works
