1150MW Aksa Ali Metin Kazancı CCPP Major Bakımı

At 1150MW Aksa Ali Metin Kazancı Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant, major maintenance works have been completed under the supervision of Aksa and Siemens. 

Scope of maintenance; 

• Dismantling and assembly with GT noise enclosure instruments,
• Disassembly / assembly of gas turbine insulation, 
• Gas turbines rotor and stator maintenance,
• Visual inspection and maintenance of combustion chambers, replacement of ceramics and nozzles,(burner) 
• Hot-Gas Path maintenance, 
•  Replacement of fixed-moving blades,
• Cleaning and sandblasting of the wings, bolts and casing,
• Control and maintenance of gas turbine bearings,
• Gas turbine compressor stage maintenance,
• Steam turbine coupling and bearing maintenance,
• Honing of steam turbine coupling pin positions, 
• GT and BT coupling adjustment
